These terms govern your use of waterdamagerestorationkansas.com and the phone numbers shown on it. Effective date: October 31, 2026.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the Site or calling a number shown on it, you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by Muhammad Aamir Siddiqui ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or call the numbers on it.

2. The referral service and independent contractors

The Site is a call-in referral service. When you call, your call is connected to an independent restoration contractor who serves your area, and you speak with that contractor on the same call. Contractors are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents or partners, and we do not supervise, direct or guarantee their work. We do not endorse any contractor, and being connected with one is not a recommendation.

3. Your arrangements with the contractor

Any estimate, contract, schedule, payment or warranty for work is agreed directly between you and the contractor, during your call or afterward on terms you agree with them. We are not a party to those agreements. Before work starts, you are responsible for checking the contractor's qualifications, insurance and any license or registration required by your city or county, and for getting the scope of work in writing.

4. Information on the Site

Content on the Site is general information about water damage, drying, mold, safety and insurance, written in good faith and based on the sources listed on each page. It is not professional, engineering, medical, legal or insurance advice and does not replace an on-site assessment. Policies, codes and conditions differ; your situation may need advice from a qualified professional.

5. Safety and emergencies

If there is an immediate danger to life or health, such as fire, a gas smell, electrical hazards in standing water or a structural collapse, leave the area and call 911 or your utility. The Site does not provide emergency services and does not promise any response time.

6. Calls and call recording

Calls may be routed, logged and, where indicated by a notice at the start of the call, recorded for quality and record-keeping purposes. By continuing a call after hearing a recording notice, you consent to the recording. The Site is call-in only: we do not obtain permission to contact you, and nobody from the Site will call, text or email you after your call. Details from your call are not passed to anyone so that they can contact you later.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the servicePlace prank, fraudulent or harassing calls, or impersonate someone else.
  • Interfere with the SiteAttempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, probe or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
  • Break the lawUse the Site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, illustrations and generated images are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

10. Disclaimer

The Site and the referral service are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a contractor will be available for your area or time, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from the work, advice, conduct or omissions of any contractor, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or the referral service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.

12. Indemnification

If your misuse of the Site, or a breach of these terms by you, leads to a claim against the operator, you agree to cover the resulting losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, and to hold the operator harmless.

13. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kansas, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above shows the current version, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
