What this policy covers

This policy applies to information collected through the Site and through calls you place to phone numbers shown on the Site. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the Site and its operator.

It does not apply to the independent contractors your call is connected to. Each contractor is a separate business. Anything you tell a contractor, and anything you agree with them, is covered by that contractor's own privacy practices, which you are welcome to ask them about.

Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to connect calls and operate the Site.

  • What you say on a callDuring the call you decide what to share with the contractor, such as your ZIP code, address and a description of the water damage. The Site itself has no forms and never asks you to enter personal information.
  • Call detailsOur phone system may log the number you called from, the number you dialed, the date, time and length of the call, and your approximate area based on the phone number, so the call can be routed to a contractor who serves that area. If a call is recorded, you will hear a notice at the start.
  • Technical informationOur hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, which may include IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and the time of each request.
  • What we never collectThere are no forms, newsletters or mailing lists, so no email addresses are gathered, and we never request card numbers, Social Security numbers or any other government ID.
